DESCRIPTION:Fermented Salsas & Cultured Nut Cheese Workshop \nAt Bare Health\, Congleton \n13th May\, 2026 7pm to 10pm \n \nThis is a Workshop to create fermented condiments full of flavour and just takes summer cuisine to another level. \nWe will create fermented salsa or a pesto with seasonal ingredients which creates fantastic complex flavours for you to take home. \nAnd we’ll explore cultured nut cheeses! \n \n \nIn this workshop We will culture nuts to create a dairy free\, plant based cheese. This process creates a delicious tangy\, savoury\,spreadable or firm cheese and when fermented has great flavour! \nWe will have tasters to share what’s possible with the delicious ferments and set you up for summer! \n \n \nBring a friend & have fun with us! \nyou’ll take home a seasonal summer condiment and a the starts of a cultured nut cheese and the know how to make more.. \nThere are limited spaces on the workshop so you can relax\, have time ask questions and enjoy the evening. \n \nMel & Emma
