I was left in total awe so many times as we tasted her delicious food as well as the most incredible nettle beer! birch sap! kombucha and of course nettle cakes! I don’t think I’ve ever felt prouder of the 2 special jars of kimchi and saurkraut that I got to bring home with me. … after a well earned stop off at the local pub for a half at the recommendation of Emma! Top day! Highly recommended“  Laura
