Harnessing the finest organic ingredients, with a focus on the world-famous Halen Môn sea salt, you’ll be making your very own summer sauerkraut, as nutrient-dense as it is delicious.

Anglesey holds a special place in her heart, calling her both as a sea kayaker and a forager.
