Online Workshop: Kimchi Tuesday 23rd September 7pm to 9pm

Kimchi Workshop

In this online workshop we’ll be demonstrating how to make Kimchi. This is an interactive workshop. This is where we can make Kimchi together. Equally, if you would prefer to watch and listen you are welcome to.

Originating in Korea and making its way to the west, it is now known as a superfood in these parts. The magic of Kimchi is that it lends itself to the seasons and so we will show you how to make the perfect Summer and Winter Kimchi that will pair well with what you already cook at home. Packed with flavour and steeped in history, there is so much to learn and discover.
