Hosted by Mel at Bare Health, Congleton. We realised that we have been running workshops at Bare Health for 8 years! We love it!

So come and join us with a kombucha mocktail and settle in for an evening of learning something new!

This is a hands on fun kombucha  brewing workshop, where you will take away a kombucha scoby with you and a ready to brew kombucha and brew kit.

We will delve into the fascinating world of fermentation, learn about the journey of kombucha, how to brew the kombucha, different methods, teas and tips to make the best brew. Then how to flavour and fizz your brews and create it just the way you like it. As we will be into Summer this is the perfect time to start your journey with this wonderful living drink. Emma is a keen forager and will share edibles and the wonderful flavours that we can create with these drinks!

There will be time to ask questions, tasters to help inspire you further and some surprises of other ways to use your kombucha than you may expect!

We provide all the equipment & materials you may need. Tickets inc your welcome drink, tasters, kombucha scoby and kit to take home and instructions to make more.
