This is a Workshop to create fermented condiments full of flavour and just takes summer cuisine to another level.

We will create fermented salsa or a pesto with seasonal ingredients which creates fantastic complex flavours for you to take home.

And we’ll explore cultured nut cheeses!

In this workshop We will culture nuts to create a dairy free, plant based cheese. This process creates a delicious tangy, savoury,spreadable or firm cheese and when fermented has great flavour!

We will have tasters to share what’s possible with the delicious ferments and set you up for summer!

There are limited spaces on the workshop so you can relax, have time ask questions and enjoy the evening.
