Summer is here, the hedges are bursting, and the garden is in overdrive. Join us for a hands-on, high-energy workshop where we turn the seasonal glut into vibrant, microbial masterpieces!

With 15 years of fermentation experience to guide you, we’ve so much to share as well as the basics to get you going! This is about working with what nature provides right now: wild flowers, seasonal veg, and sun-ripened fruit.

What’s Bubbling?

  • The Wild Soda Starter: Learn to capture wild yeasts from your surroundings to create a “bug” for naturally fizzy, botanical sodas.
  • The Seasonal Ferment:  Create your own seasonal ferment using the best of the summer harvest, think vibrant colours and bold flavours.
  • The Tasting Table: Get inspired by a spread of tasters. See exactly what’s possible when you ferment with the seasons.
