We present an evening to share the love and put fermented drinks into context.

Come and join us for a cosy evening of fun.
Learn to make green tea kombucha, tepache and ginger bug, then turn them into cocktails, or Mocktails.
Master three simple ferments through live demos you can recreate at home:
Each demo includes the full process (ingredients, timing, troubleshooting), so you leave confident to start fermenting.
Then create a cocktail/mocktail or two of your making!
